Hey there! We’re Alina and Carson – Founders of Bedrock Coffee. Our coffee journey began in college when we bought an espresso machine together shortly after we began dating. We loved it so much that it ended up with a shared custody agreement that had us trading off throughout the school year. Looking back, that little Breville probably got more mileage than most cars. What started as a love for good coffee quickly became a dream of creating something together. Just six months after getting married, we took a leap of faith and launched Bedrock Coffee. We were determined to build something meaningful together—something that brought people together, celebrated life, and created unforgettable moments.
